We Are Always Looking for Folks Who Would Like to be Volunteer Instructors!
A great way to serve your community is to give of yourself as a volunteer instructor teaching vital lifesaving skills. If you've always been wanting to utilize your natural leadership and instruction skills consider this: the classes available to teach would include adult, child or infant CPR and First Aid, Babysitting and When I'm In Charge Classes to youth participants plus a variety of others.

The Oregon Mountain River Chapter Health and Safety Department trains over 7,000 people annually in personal and family safety classes. Classes are held at our Chapter Classroom, through schools and community organizations and in the workplace. Many of our courses meet OSHA requirements and have been proven to lower the risk of accidents. Classes offered include:

First Aid and CPR Training
Lifeguard Training
Water Safety Instructor Training
Automated External Defibrillation Training
Babysitter's Training
